Mercedes EZS EIS repair


EZS EIS (electronic ignition Switch) is part of immobilizer system used by Mercedes.

It is operate by decoding digital rolling code from inserted key cart to allow car to get started. Ignition switch containing mechanical and electronic components which can get faulty in warriors occasions. 


Most common problems:

 Key does not turn.

 Key does not turn in cold weather.

 Key turns but no ignition lights on the instrument cluster.

 Intermittent ignition lock faults

FRM control unit in BMW E and F series also called as footwell module responsible for body function and lighting control. BMW CAS 4 reading and writing service. 


Car access control module (CAS) is responsible for alarm functions and enables the start BMW vehicle. 

CAS4 controlled by Motorola MCU series XEP masked 5H48M, 1N35H. Those micro controllers have a very high security level and if it detects unauthorized access the program inside MCU sets a "bomb" which destroys data and CAS become inoperative.

In our lab we can read and write MCU with 100% success, no need to lift pins cut tracks or desolder the chip. We can read and modify data according to your needs.
